All orders ship within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). It will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact customer service at info@thekoolkollection.com to make an exchange. The exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged or we will be unable to exchange the item. After approval, there is no guarantee you will receive the exact item or color back. Exchange is subject to availability of inventory. Please do not send any items back without first getting authorization from customer service because your item will not be returned back to you.
